Bridget Tate joins our team as a partner with Capital City Lighting and has been lighting up the capital city and surrounding areas for the last 6 years. She works with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, entrepreneurs and restauranteurs to select and curate lighting based on their application, style and budget. Throughout her work in lighting design, Bridget has been blessed with lasting friendships and dedicated clientele. Her work on stunning projects and award winning lighting design has put her stamp on the Greater Baton Rouge area. Bridget's four children and husband light up her life every day. Ashley Bourgeois has been an integral part of Capital City Design for the past five years. Ashley received her a degree in Accounting from LSU and wears many hats in her role as Office Manager for the firm. She is a problem solver and right hand woman to every one on our team. Ashley and her husband Ray are lifelong residents of Baton Rouge and enjoy spending time with their 3 children attending sporting events and volunteering at their school. 


Karen has been in the home improvement industry for 15+ years. Her specialties include flooring & countertops, backsplashes and custom showers, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations. In addition to sales, she also manages and oversees all installations. Karen and her husband, Shannon, are life-long residents of Livingston Parish. They have one daughter, Brianna, who attends Southeastern Louisiana University & 2 fur babies. On the weekends, she can usually be found cheering on the LSU tigers & New Orleans Saints or camping with family & friends.
